Description
This day is open to all those who attended ‘An Introduction to Flower Essences’ as well as those with more experience of flower essences who want to learn how to make an essence.
You will spend time getting to know a plant/flower you are drawn to and make an essence using water from the Hawkwood spring. This day is aimed at gaining a deeper understanding about the interaction between flowers and human beings and how essences can help enhance our lives.
The essences are made using the same method as Bach Flower Remedies and are safe and simple to use.
