Description
There are many keys to successful relationship but absolutely essential is our ability to be in relationship with ourselves, in fact married to ourselves.
In a carefully structured experiential weekend, we will explore our relationship to our own gender, in personality and soul, as well as our relationship to the other (contrasexual) gender that is also within us. When these two begin to come together, a richness of potential opens up that can radically change our relationship not only to our partner, but to the whole of life.
We will use guided meditation, visualization, drawing, writing, clay modelling and movement within individual and group work.
Art materials will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
