Escape offers a meditation course for women, which is ideal for those who haven't meditated before or are beginners to meditation and haven't attended a class.
Running over five weeks, this class will introduce you to the basic techniques for building an enjoyable, consistent meditation practice. You will also learn first-hand the positive benefits meditation can have upon your health by relaxing both body and mind.
