For non-graduates and those who wish to refresh their skills. Time and again, people who have not trained with Essentials for Health come to us lamenting that they have not done so. They experience a massage from one of our students and realise how much more there is to know and what a superb repertoire of techniques we teach. If you want to learn some unique, powerful and effective techniques that have become our trademark then come and top-up. In this day we will focus on teaching you our techniques for the back (with 32 different techniques) and legs, and share a little of our philosophy and vision. This will be a really outstanding day, full of fun, joy and of course, massage!
