This post-graduate course (CPD 5 credits) is both theoretical and practical in content. The intention is to train you, a practitioner already experienced in Thermo-Auricular Therapy.
You will develop and enhance the skills already learned on the Thermo-Auricular Therapy course and will become proficient in the use of an Otoscope.
The course will include:
The correct way to use an otoscope.
What a healthy auditory canal should look like, as opposed to inflamed/infected/ irritated.
What healthy earwax looks like compared to old compacted earwax.
What a healthy tympanic membrane (eardrum) looks like.
Is a perforated eardrum a real contraindication?
You will be supplied with a comprehensive training book with diagrams, colour pictures of ear conditions and information.
Plus a lot more
On successful completion of the workshop, a certificate will be awarded by the originators of this therapy.
