EFT Approved Level 1
This is a 1-day training at beginners level and requires no previous experience to attend. Most people will need to complete Level 1 before going on to Level 2.

What you will learn on this course:

The origins of EFT and the originators of EFT

How to use the EFT Basic Recipe and the ABC shortcut version for yourself and others

What are 'Aspects' and why is it so important to be specific

How to handle excessive emotional intensity with EFT

Using EFT for fears and phobias

Using EFT for aches and pains and physical symptoms

Using EFT to clear the intensity of bad memories

Using EFT to banish chocolate cravings

What to do when it doesn't work

Throughout the day there are opportunities to ask questions.

There will be lots of 'hands on' supervised sessions.

On completion of the course, delegates will receive an EFT Level 1 certificate of completion.

Experienced holistic therapists, hypnotherapists etc., will have mastered sufficiently to obtain very significant and immediate results with clients. You leave feeling skilled and inspired to work with your own issues and family and friends’.
