This course introduces and connects you the energy of Reiki. You will learn some of the history of Reiki and how it came to be introduced to us here in the West. You will have hands-on experience channelling the energy and will learn how to feel other people's energy fields. You will also learn some basic treatment techniques so that you can use these techniques on family and friends. Importantly, you will also learn self-treatment techniques and meditations - these will allow you to strengthen your connection to Reiki energy and help you to work towards self healing.
Reiki First Degree (Shoden) consists of a pre-course study pack and an intensive, practical one day 'live' course. Class size is small, with a maximum of 6 students.
