Learn the ancient healing art of Reiki to help heal yourself, friends and family. No previous experience is necessary.
This is a one day certified course combining both theory and practical work. This course will be held in Chineham, Basingstoke, Hampshire
There are three levels (or Degrees) of Reiki training. Reiki Level One is the beginning of a most beautiful journey into your spiritual development. During the Reiki Level One course you will receive an attunement which creates or awakens the healer. This powerful attunement will connect you to the Universal Life Force Energy. When attuned you will then be able to self treat and to treat others - this is known as direct healing. You will learn how to heal yourself, family, friends, pets, plants and charge crystals.
Once you have been attuned to Reiki it will stay with you for the rest of your life.

The Reiki hand positions
How to give a Reiki treatment to yourself
How to give a complete Reiki treatment to others
Extensive practical training – feeling the energy flow in yourself and others by giving and receiving a Reiki treatment
How to use Reiki on other living things (plants, animals, etc)
How to ground yourself .
A comprehensive Course Manual will be provided. On completion of the course you will be presented with a quality certificate.
Post course support and Reiki Share evenings run twice monthly. This is a good opportunity to meet like minded people and to practice Reiki.
Courses are held in small groups or on a one-to-one basis if requested.
