1st Degree Usui Reiki - a one day workshop with four spiritual attunements empowering you to self-heal and treat family, friends, pets and plants.
During the workshop you will learn:
What Reiki is
Reiki history
Reiki hand positions
How to detect energy and scan the aura
Chakra balancing
Giving and receiving Reiki
Reiki ethics
Training is in very small groups and often one-to-one to ensure individual attention and a 21-day self-healing programme follows on from the workshop.
Students receive a comprehensive training manual, certificate, lineage and access to ongoing support. There is also the opportunity to give and receive Reiki at the Reiki share group meetings.
