This workshop is based on Ordering From the Cosmic Kitchen: The Essential Guide to Powerful, Nourishing Affirmations by Patricia J. Crane, PhD and all participants will receive a copy of the book. The workshop will be lively and interactive, and you will go home with powerful affirmations to create positive results in your life!
