classes cover massage techniques, stretches , positions essential oil usage and shiatsu techniques form makkaho and acupressure work for pain relief in labour and maintaining a healthy pregnancy covering key troublesome symptoms in late pregnancy. To be attended with birthing partner. two workshops in all from 6 months in pregnancy.
