What is it?
This one day intensive training course covers everything you need to know in order for you to:-
• increase your turnover without adding more services?
• sell at least 50% in products in addition to what you take in services?
As a professional in a very competitive industry you will know that selling services and products is one of the most cost effective and simple ways to increase your turnover. Habia the government approved, standards setting body for hair, beauty, nails and spa therapy, creates the standards that set and form the basis of all qualifications.
Yet a recent Habia survey showed that over two thirds of salons felt they lacked skills in this area, even though salon staff are ideally placed to recommend suitable products to clients and advise on how they are used.
