What is Rieki?:
Reiki is a gentle treatment, it involves no massage or manipulation. The client is fully clothed and covered with a warm blanket. The Practitioner places his or her hands lightly on or above the body in a series of positions. This treatment can produce an amazing feeling of calm, helping with the release of any tension or stress within the body.

Day One-
The History of Rieki
What is Reiki and how does it work?
Reiki One attunement
Demonstration and practice time
Gassho meditation and Byoson Scanning
First Degree Reiki Practitioners' Certificate
Day Two-
Building on knowledge and skills learned in Reiki one
Introduction to advanced techniques
Reiki symbols
Specific keys which strengthen the energy
Distant healing techniques
Awareness of inner self
Attunement to this level of practise
