This 2 day course provides 4 attunements to enable you to channel Reiki energy to treat yourself, friends and family. In addition to the traditional Usui course (history & principles of reiki, hand positions), the following are also taught, smudging, cleansing, grounding and protection, chakra system, aura and meditation.
