Are you concerned about what's in your cosmetics? Do you ever wonder if there's an alternative to using artificial products for your family's routine skin and body care?
Well there is!
Natural plant-derived ingredients make wonderful creams, lotions, gels, body washes, bath oils and more and this interactive workshop sets out to show you how simple and effective products can be made by anyone, easily at home.
We will explore synthetic ingredients found in commercial skin care products and what alternatives are available to us. At the end of the day you will be better placed to make an informed choice about the products that will suit both your ethical viewpoint and therapeutic purpose.
Course notes and recipes will provide a vaulable reference source for creating products at home.
The day has a high practical content and you are advised to wear casual clothes as splashes may occur.
