A three weekend introduction to basic Shiatsu technique to relax friends and family.

Instruction on working in 3 basic positions;

Introduction to oriental medical theory;

First aid acupressure points.

Participants may continue these studies for a Japanese Bodywork Certificate one year course or a 3 year full Shiatsu Practitioner Diploma course.
