An introductory practical course which will enable you to safely use aromatherapy for everyday facial skincare.
Topics covered:
• How to carry out an aromatherapy facial – including cleanse, tone, moisturise & massage
• How to make aromatherapy facial products suitable for each skintype – cleansers, toners, moisturisers, clay & gel masks
• The types of essential oils, carrier oils & hyrdolats (floral waters) suited to each skintype & for the treatment of various common skin conditions e.g acne, eczema
• Brief history of aromatherapy
• Health, Safety & Hygiene
Delivered by fully qualified Complementary & Beauty Therapist & Trainer, Zoe Penny who has 10 yrs experience of in the health and beauty industry.
