An introduction to the benefits of baby massage in a small group setting.
Tutor will demonstrate a massage sequence and offer guidance and information to enable the parent/carer to apply the massage to their babies.
We will look at specific oils,techniques and benefits to the carer and baby.
A special time for you and your baby!
You will need a changing mat/small towel.Advice will be given about oils,etc.
Suitable for babies from six weeks.
