An introduction to Reflexology for those who wish to learn more out of personal interest or who are looking for a foundation course prior to studying further.
On this course we aim to introduce the many benefits of this therapy;safe application,techniques,history and contemporary usage.
In a small group setting we aim to provide a relaxed learning enviroment which positively encourages your interest in Holistic/Complementary Therapies.
