Description
Meditation Magic - a five-week course to enable you to practise meditation on a regular basis. A little 'me time' for you to simply relax and be led through beautiful guided meditations each week in the company of like-minded people.
The fee for the full course is £30 payable on the first week. Refreshments are provided and hand-outs are given if appropriate.
