Tai Chi and Qigong Summer School
A week long course held at the location of Sharpham House in South Devon. This week offers you an opportunity to immerse yourself in the learning process for a week and emerge renewed. Good food, supported learning and plenty time to relax and hang out with like minded people.
We believe that Tai Chi is a journey and that our role is to be there alongside you, sharing what we know with you. During the course we will guide through a structured programme of Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Qi Theory. Teachers include highly qualified and experienced practitioners will also hold a supportive, non judgemental assessment at the end. Includes training in Yang Style Tai Chi Form (24 Compact Form) and 18 Posture Tai Chi Qi Gong. Presentations, discussion, group and personal practice time, and some course work.
Suitable for anyone who has some prior experience and would like to go deeper.
