Join me and a small group of women for an afternoon of experimental art making wonderful Affirmation Collage Mirrors!
Affirmation collage mirrors are a concept I came up with when working with affirmations myself- its about changing your negative attitudes by replacing them with positive one. You can start with putting a few positive phrases in places you look often- simple phrases like ‘all is well’ ‘life supports me’ or ‘I am happy’ are great! So with affirmation mirrors we decorate the frame of our mirror to say positive things such as ‘I am beautiful, I am healthy, enjoy life, I’m ok’!

The day will be facilitated by Rachael O’Neill-Rachael has worked with and been inspired by many wonderful women in her life. She is an artist, mother of 2 teens and energy worker. She has been on a path of transformation for 17 years, practising meditation, yoga and reiki. She is dedicated to her own journey of self growth and to supporting women on theirs.
These workshops are full of glitter and sparkle, laughter and chocolate. Rachael creates safe, warm and inspiring spaces for people to celebrate themselves and each other.
Rachael also teaches Reiki, facilitates “Celebrating Menarche” workshops, ‘The Power of Menstruation’ course, basic relaxation and ‘Healthy Living’ classes
