Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy. A Reiki practitioner is a channel for this energy, channelling it through his or her body to the recipient. Reiki was rediscovered by Dr Mikao Usui in Japan in the 19th century and the Usui system of natural healing has been passed down by Reiki Masters since that time.
The energy of Reiki increases the energy flow thoroughout the body and can be used to great effect in many ways. It can relieve stress, depression and physical pain, accelerate the healing of physical conditions, balance the emotions and much more.
Reiki is a healing system in which the energy is passed from Master to student via an attunement process. During the First Degree Reiki workshop, you will be opened as a channel to be able to transmit Reiki energy through the first level of this attunement process. In addition, you will learn the history of Reiki and how to carry out a Reiki treatment. You will then be able to use the Reiki energy for yourself, others, and in many areas of your life.
The First Degree Reiki course is one day long, with continued support and Reiki share groups available afterwards. £80.00 cost includes teaching, attunements, manual and certificate.
