This is an introduction into the powerful world of metaphor and stories. We, adults and children, gain insights about ourselves from listening and telling stories. We all have our own stories to tell. We all have a desire to be heard.

I have been inspired by the positive, enriching results hypnotherapy, life coaching, feng shui and story telling have had in the lives of individuals and children that I have worked with over the past 30 years.
I find that stories provide a distraction with meaning for clients and recognise that everyone has a powerful story to share that can impact on the lives of others.
Children love stories and can take a great deal from them which can help in their own healing. Stories are empowering and inspiring.
