This one day course uses hot basalt stones, cold stones and crystals to carry out a therapeutic and effective massage treatment that is quite different to a general holistic massage. You will learn how to give a practical treatment, and you will also receive a treatment. You will also learn about how to heat and care for your stones.
This course has been awarded 5 Continual Professional Development points by the IGPP. At the end of the course you will receive a practitioner certificate which allows you to charge for giving this treatment to the general public, a comprehensive reference pack including a list of contraindications, and a reference worksheet. You can then obtain insurance to work as a practitioner after this course.
The only perquisite of this course is that you hold a qualification or an acceptable attendance certificate for a Swedish body massage or holistic massage to gain your insurance.
