Supervision is that process by which we seek to ensure that our clients are protected and that we develop in our therapeutic work. We all need to use supervision effectively and yet it is a skill that very often is left out of our training. As our profession moves to greater regulation so this area of our work becomes more important.
If you are in training this is an opportunity to begin your supervision in the most effective way. If you are "seasoned" therapist or supervisor then this would be a good opportunity to refresh your work.
