About Me

I am a passionate and enthusiastic person who has experienced first hand the benefits and possibilities that healing, change and a positive attitude can have on life.

13 years after a number of knee dislocations, operations and little success with western pain management, one treatment of Reiki eliminated all the pain I was in, giving me new levels of energy and an interest in complementary therapy. I decided to study Reiki for myself and became a qualified Level II practitioner in the Usui method. I had found something quite magical and my interest in complementary therapy started to grow.

At the time I was working for a large financial corporation as a redundancy counsellor and decided to undertake a Diploma in Holistic Stress Management. I found the elements of Reiki, Stress Management and Redundancy & Career Counselling complemented each other, each one lending itself to the next and I was able to offer a blended package of tools and techniques to best suit the people I was working with, making it a very holistic approach.

I knew this was the work I was meant to do and so established Change Works Unlimited, The Stress Management & Career Development Centre just outside Brighton.

We all know that we don’t like change even if we desperately need it, we doubt ourselves and fear what we don’t know. But even the smallest change can have the biggest impact and I want to help you to realise that change on any scale really does work and can have a positive effect. As Marcel Proust said "The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes."

I offer a safe and welcoming environment for you to share your thoughts and work with you to help you find the answers to your questions. My aim is to give you the understanding and insight you need not only make a positive change now but also in the future.
