About Me
Hi!
I've been teaching personal & spiritual development for 25 years. I have a background in performance arts, interpersonal communication, transpersonal psychology, leadership and healing. I like to think that my knowledge of the physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, behavioural and energy aspects of being human, allow me to bring an integrated, grounded and thorough approach to get results.
Previously, I specialised in counselling gifted children, young people and adults and am co author of 'Gifted Children - a Guide for Parents & Professionals'. I'm also Course Director of Birkbeck College, London, Interpersonal Communication Skills Courses, where part of my role is to supervise trainers and assesses teachers.
These days, I now combine my extensive experience in teaching and training with Theta Healing to provide Certified courses for newcomers and ongoing learning and development for existing Theta Healing Practitioners and Teachers.
For me, Theta Healing truly is the most effective spiritual and personal development tool I've learned in a long, long time.
