Balancing Body and Mind

Body in Balance came about as I strived to find alternatives to conventional medicine.

After several years of poor health, I turned to Complementary Therapies for help. I had Healing over a period of time and as my health improved I trained as a Healer (and qualified in 2001).

I now offer to share the benefits I found through my personal experiences with crystals, healing, meditation and healthy eating over a number of years.

Many people who have met with me and attended my workshops are more than surprised by the impact they themselves experience.
