I needed a dynamic practice to evacuate my stress and my toxins. I was used to do Bikram but I wanted something more challenging. I tried the "power yoga" at The Power Yoga Company since then I never looked back!

I have a back injury but the staff took good care of me and explained me very well how not to hurt myself during my practice. I had a wonderful experience. The studio is nice and warm. I felt completely relaxed after the class. I recommend it to everyone!
