7th Space is primarily based on Theta Healing techniques. As taught by Vianna Stibal.
In its essence Theta Healing is about removing fear and reconnecting us with our own pristine energy system, free from other influences.

It is powerful healing on all levels - body, mind and spirit.

Theta state is a brain wave frequency of deep relaxation. Theta brain waves govern our attitudes, beliefs and our behaviours. They hold memories and sensations. As the practitioner my function is to hold the Theta space to allow the client to connect with the layers between their conscious and unconscious minds. It is here that deep healing can take place, where unhelpful beliefs can be lifted, where ancestral programming can be cleared, where DNA can be fully activated and where unhealthy emotional links can be gently released.

Why is this work so life changing? By changing our beliefs and clearing our energy and spirit of accumulated 'debris' we then become free to live our lives to the full and joyfully explore our true purpose.

Theta Healing is powerful and life enhancing in an incredible way and like most profound processes it is essential to experience it - words don't even begin to convey its wonder.
