Additional Information

I am running weight managment sessions every week, usually on a Wednesday or Thursday evenings. These sessions are held in groups charged at £15 per week, per head.The sessions are 1 hour in duration for 4 sessions.
I am also planning past life regression evenings once per month in groups charged at £15 per headWeight CD included in the price.
I run natural childbirth group sessions and hypnoBirthing sessions once a week, however these can be conducted within your own home if you feel this would be better.You will also receive a relaxation and a birth CD with this course.
