I use a combination of modern techniques of hypnosis and psychotherapy to make one of the most dramatically effective short-term therapies developed to date. This means that many problems and issues can be transformed in a short period of time.
When you come to me with a problem or issue we will work together to resolve it. I work with a range of problems, but specialise in HYPNOSIS for ANXIETY, WEIGHTLOSS and CONFIDENCE and REFLEXOLOGY which may help with a wide range of issues, both physical and emotional.
I also offer a special HYPNOSIS FOR NATURAL CHILDBIRTH programme, especially designed for the pregnant mum seeking a natural and joyous birthing event, with minimum medical intervention.
You can also TRAIN TO BECOME A HYPNOTHERAPIST with me in London, Oxford and the East Midlands - see http://www.hypnosisandhypnotherapy.co.uk for more details.
For more information about all the services I offer and how they may help please see my website http://www.nsholistic.co.uk.
I work from The Abbey Centre in central Daventry and also from my home-based practice in the charming Daventry village of Charwelton, which is just 30 minutes away fron Banbury, Rugby and Northampton. in Northamptonshire. Both practices are very close to the Warwickshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire borders on the A361 between Banbury and Daventry in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside.

Hi and thank you for visiting my website. I hope to meet you in person soon, whether you have specific goals or issues requiring help via hypnosis or psychotherapy, or seek relaxation and rebalancing through reflexology.
People often ask what makes a hypnotherapist different from a hypnotist, and the answer is that the only difference is that a hypnotherapist uses hypnosis for therapeutic purposes, whereas a stage hypnotist uses the process for entertainment purposes.
