I cannot praise the her style of teaching , Liz has a natural gift which made me feel totally safe while discovering who I am through her courses. These is just not a courses they are a journey of self discovery Liz provides a safe space to explore and learn.

She puts over her information in a clear and understandable way, and has a great deal of knowledge, wisdom and experience. I felt very safe with her and I loved her down to earth, common sense approach. I learnt so much and the course has made a hugely positive impact on my life. Highly recommended!
