This is a website purely to support those who struggle on a regular basis with overeating, repeated diets and comfort eating.
It is designed around my recent book 'Dying to Diet' soon out. There is also a forum where those who yo-yo diet, comfort eat and who have low self esteem can get communal support and talk to a therapist. Also to explore the grief and anger which accompanies this problem. I have worked as a psychotherapist for 20 years and can handle most emotional situations.
