NLP is the psychology of success and interpersonal communication, and is the art and science of how to effectively communicate with ourselves and others to facilitate greater results. Whether it is business, education, leadership, management, sales, coaching, therapy or personal development, harnessing the true advanced skills of NLP , taught in the most effective and streamlined way, is guaranteed to produce exceptional results in these and other fields of expertise.

Mike is also a highly recommended and sought after personal trainer, with many years experience and top qualifications, including NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist and WABBA Advanced Instructor.

In certain special situations, Mike combines NLP Coaching and Personal Training to accelerate results. The 2 main areas here are those people with health issues (ie they maybe overweight, or perhaps it is to stop smoking, or depression etc) and these neccessitate a mind/body approach. The other area is sports performance, whereby the sportsperson requires fitness conditioning and integrates within this the mind aspect of sports performance enhancement.
