Bowen Technique
What does it involve and how does it work?
The therapy is non invasive and can be performed through light clothing. Gentle, rolling movements are made over muscle and soft tissue body which release pain and tension and initiate the body’s natural healing abilities. The moves are interspersed with periods of rest, as the body is allowed to process the treatment. During these breaks people can often feel subtle and fine adjustments happening in the body.
Many people find the simplicity of this therapy remarkable while discovering that it has been extremely effective for all kinds of health related problems. The therapy sets a process up in the body that can last for a week- so people are unlikely to feel the full effects straight away.
Treatment lasts for about forty-five minutes. Dramatic results can occur after the first session, although it generally takes three or four. However, there are no limits to how many treatments one can receive, and regular top-ups are of great benefit for general health maintenance and to help prevent re-injury.
The results can be miraculous with people often receiving lasting benefit from 1-3 treatments.

The Emmett Technique
A new bodywork therapy that involves pressure and movement on certain areas in the body that promotes the release of certain muscle groups. The treatment regularly provides instantaneous relief. It can help with much of the above and integrates well with Bowen.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT is a modern energy therapy that has been described as psychological acupuncture without the needles. It involves tapping on acupuncture points and the use of verbal communication to assist release of both physical and emotional problems. Issues can clear in minutes; the power of this technique is amazing. By clearing the underlying energy imbalance emotional, mental and physical problems can clear very rapidly. The principle of EFT is to try it on anything.
NLP

Therapeutically it can assist us in creating change in all areas of our life, by assisting us in modeling our own and others excellence.
