NOURISHMENT FOR THE MIND, BODY & SOUL is essential for our growth as human beings in terms of our physical, mental & spiritual health. It gives us the strength we need to maintain vibrant good health and vitality on all levels.
I provide complementary therapies to clients in Somerset and Bristol both at the Therapy Room near Wells/Cheddar and also in Bristol. A home visiting and corporate service is available for those who are unable to travel or who require treatment in the workplace.
My work is varied, interesting and enriching and I am grateful to the people I meet and have the honour to work with (both clients and other professionals) for making this so.
Treatments are created to suit each indivdual taking account of each person's current health and life style. You may wish to start with one of the various treatments available (see list) or it may be that you would prefer the fusion of traditions experienced in the 90 min 'signature' treatment (which can be shortened as required). This treatment involves a whole body aromatic massage from head to toe, including a synergy of essential oils for the emotions, the senses, the body and the spirit, with a foot massage (giving attention to specific reflex points) and an ayurvedic style head and face massage to complete. Sometimes you may wish me to include some reiki healing and chakra balancing, all these together to help you to restore balance to you, the whole person.
My assurance to you is that I will do my very best at all times to provide my service to you with honesty and integrity. There may be times when it is more suitable for me (with your consent and approval) to refer you to another healthcare professional (e.g. counsellor, your GP) either prior to your treatment or alongside your treatment in order that you recieve the very best of care. It is important to remember that complementary therapies serve to complement any medical treatment you are receiving and are not there to replace it. All this will be explained and discussed with you during consultation. All records are treated with the strictest confidence and respect.
