Counselling and Psychotherapy
A safe, confidential space to explore how to bring about the changes you need.

Although on the surface, change can be something we long for; our underlying issues can be working to prevent us from doing what we most need to do for our own happiness.

Psychosynthesis psychotherapy and counselling is grounded in traditional psychology and includes that sense of our deeper, intuitive self that hold the essence of who we truly are. As a Psychosynthesis therapist I work with established methods of talking and reflection and include imagework and body sensing to support you in finding your way through.

Counselling or psychotherapy sessions are for an hour and are held weekly.

Other Work
In addition to weekly therapy I offer monthly external supervision for people working in the care, support and health organisations and can hold group supervision or group therapy within organisations for either patients, clients or practitioners. I have worked with groups from health, housing, education and the police, particularly in the field of domestic violence but also in palliative care.
