I show you how to be healthier and happier with your work and personal life. I am also passionate about helping women to handle the menopause naturally. I have my own home-based business in the Health and Nutrition sector. My background is in Training and Development and I am also a fully qualified Life Coach and Holistic Therapist.

I developed an interest in natural health and well-being as a teenager when I got fed up of Ham, Egg and chips for dinner. That's all my brother would eat and school meals were not a lot better. I do not remember the last time I used prescribed drugs and have not needed anti-biotics for many many years. I have been determined not to go onto HRT and I am now managing the menopause naturally too.
