I am a Fellow of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

I have many years of experience in the art of healing, offering time and support to the individual - in short, I help and teach people to heal themselves and others.

I see so many new therapies advertised which appear to be reinventions of straightforward healing. Many therapies rely on subtle energy connections within the body to create beneficial change - this, I believe, is the essence of true healing.

Healing doesn't need complicated ceremonies or rituals, which may come between therapist and receiver - the energies are there for everyone to access, and have been part of ourworld since the beginning of time, belonging to everyone who chooses to know - safe, gentle and non-invasive.

I feel we can all be helped towards a better understanding of the 'human condition' and it's spiritual needs as well as it's physical ones, we often
need guidance on our way forward - and it is in this spirit that I offer my work.
