I offer face to face and phone sessions to empower people to move beyond any current challenges. I work at the Happiness Centre in Ilkley and also in Thackley, Bradford as well as working over the phone worldwide via Skype or to a UK landline.

I run regular workshops in EFT, Metamorphic Technique and healing from the Happiness Centre. Together with Michael Conneely I facilitate a Vision Journeying group and offer meditations and shamanic journeying.
