You can receive treatment either sitting up or lying down, clothed or unclothed, depending on your personal preferences and the type of treatment you will be receiving. All this is discussed during a free consultation, when your needs will be assessed, your medical history taken into account, and your lifestyle and goals (if appropriate) looked at.
A treatment is usually one hour, although some people prefer a longer or shorter session.
Overall you should expect to leave feeling refreshed, revitalised, more supple, less stressed, and perhaps even clearer about your long term aims and ambitions. You will also have the option to benefit from a course of treatments at a discounted rate.
