I believe that we all have an inherent desire and ability to live our life to its full potential. I see my work as the task of helping people to explore, discover and clarify ways of living more effectively, so that they are better able to help themselves by drawing on their own resources. I am committed to achieving this in the most respectful, open, honest and professional way I know.
I have extensive experience as a private practitioner (since 1989) and an integrative skills base incorporating hypnotherapy, personal development, coaching, NLP, advice and guidance, counselling and stress management techniques. The ultimate aim of any intervention is to ensure freedom from whatever has been restricting your capacity to make the most of yourself and your life. We work proactively to help you find ways to resolve difficulties and balance a lifestyle that is pleasurable, healthy and sustainable.
