Hands, Body and Sole, is situated in a quiet Leicestershire village called Narborough, away from the hustle and busle of a busy city centre.
Hands, Body and Sole is a small friendly holistic therapy salon, where you get one to one from your therapist from when you arrive at the salon, during your treatment and you leave the premises, your treatment is tailor made to your own specific needs, you are always given a full consultation on your first visit to the salon, you are always given up to date nutritional, after care and home care advice on what products to use inbetween your treatments, you are never made to feel that as soon as your treatment is finished you have to rush to leave the therapy area like in big salons, i always give you 10 - 15 minutes to get up in your own time and i never book clients one after another, i always leave a small gap inbetween clients, so you can have the chance to ask any questions or to buy any of the wide variety of natural products available at the salon.
I offer a wide selection of holistic therapies, that helps to reduce your stress levels, reduce aches and pains, tight and tense muscles from different types of jobs like sitting at a computer all day, these treatments help to make you feel balanced in all areas of your life.

The salon is open at 10am and the last appointment is 7.30pm, Saturdays 10am last appointment 6.30pm, you can phone 2 days before the day you would like to come for a treatment and i will try my best to fit you in on any particular day.
