Being a specialist in working with peoples bodies and minds, I can help you in a number of ways.

Massage can offer you relief from all manner of muscular pains, tension, stiffness and injuries, some of the more common being -

neck, shoulder and upper back pain, tension, stiffness and spasm; lower back pain, weakness and stiffness; sciatica; headaches; sports injuries; repetitive strain injuries; and poor posture.

Certain forms of massage, like reflexology and accupressure can also help you with other conditions such as -

asthma; allergies; digestive problems; menstrual pain or irregularity; infertility; post-natal depression; high or low blood pressure; and ear problems.

Massage can help you to reduce accumulated stress; hyperactivity; insomnia; anxiety; and depression; through the release of muscular tension it can increase your energy levels; and it will encourage you to feel calm, relaxed, rejuvenated, more focused and happier.

As well as being a short term 'fix', massage and healing can also offer support of more permanent changes, when you are ready to make changes in how you live.

My speciality is a blend of the best of east and west - deep tissue and sports massage with thai yoga, tui-na and shiatsu massage. I find this to be a very effective combination in treating many different conditions.

I also offer another speciality - longer massage sessions of from 1 - 3 hours, particularly with Thai massage. This encourages and supports a more therapeutic result and much deeper relaxation and release of tension.
