My life has been an ongoing crusade to learn and to grow into my true self. I have recently been able to retire my rebel’s sword for the gentler pursuit that is my destiny. My life path is to share what I have learned. Unlike others, I do not offer you a golden formula or seven simple steps to life improvement.

Aromatherapy - self taught over 18 years
Chi King - self taught 16 years experience
Counselling - 22 years work experience, and in-service training
Massage - 40 years experience, plus the odd short course
Metamorphic Technique - taught by practitioner
Psychosynthesis - diploma
Reflexology - diploma
Training - 22 years experience and ongoing training
Yoga - 31 years practicing, several short courses

As I do so may things, I've given up the idea of professional memberships as an expensive waste of time - but if any of you have found an "umbrella" organisation that really works, please let me know.
