Therapist since 1990 starting with Massage and Aromatherapy. In the 90's I trained in various forms of Emotional Release Therapy and Healing, I fell in love with EFT in 2004 and tok that to an Advanced and Trainers level I have also trained in NLP, EmoTrance and Hypnotherapy.
In 2009 I trained in Theta Healing which has been deeply transformative for self and my practice as a therapist.
My passion is Emotional and Spiritual Growth; I am particularly interested in Self Empowerment and Shadow Work with a strong emphasis on a deep acceptance of self and others.
I am happy to treat any problem you care to bring particulary Stress, Anxiety, Trauma and Childhood Issues
