Hi,my name is Sarah Williams .I trained with ITEC studying anatomy & physiology ,body massage and aromatherapy and  am registered with the AC (Aromatherapy Consortium) and the IGPP (International Guild for Professional Practitioners). I have continued my training, studying and working with various teachers and body-workers; osteopaths, cranio-osteopaths, naturopaths, and from healers in indigenous cultures( Mexico,Native American Indian,Thailand, India and Hawaii).There is so much to learn! I would describe myself as an holistic practitioner, working very much with balancing the natural energy within the body, concentrating on the relief of stress and assisting in removing  energy and chakra blockages in order to promote good health and remove pain. All this, and an aromatherapy massage to ease away the stresses and strains of daily life too!!! The results are amazing.
I have worked onsite with sportsmen and women in the UK and USA iniotiating pain relief and spinal realignment.
Holistic therapies (treating the whole, mind, body and spirit) have  been positively proven and used for centuries. Plato and Hippocrates were among the first to record the effects of holistic treatments which continue to offer natural remedies for all maladies.
All treatments include a mixture of techniques with options of: Aromatherapy, Lymphatic or Swedish massage, Acupressure, full body, head , back and shoulders, rejuvenating facial massage (including non-surgical facial lift techniques), cranial massage, reflexology, injury remedial work, specialist back/neck treatments (usually including chiropractic realignments) Bach flower remedies, vibrational essences, crystal and spiritual healing.
