My name is Susan Foster, I work from my therapy room in Ellingham on the Suffolk Norfolk border, close to Bungay, Beccles, Lowestoft, Gt Yarmouth, Southwold, Halesworth, Diss & Norwich.

My approach is to work with you to get to the root of your problem, not just to treat the symptom. We will work together to discover why you are feeling the way you are and what is causing your symptoms. All feelings and habits are controlled by the subconscious mind, and because hypnotherapy works directly with the subconscious mind it can help you to have a happier healthier life.
